Taking care of our skin is very significant because it is the most substantial barrier that we have against infection. Keeping that barrier strong and healthy will save us unnecessary visits to the dermatologists or even to the hospital! Admittedly, most of us have divine skincare routines, whether it’s in the morning or night. However, what are some of the things we’re overdoing? What are the things that we shouldn’t be doing? In line with this, you’re probably aware of the essentials when it comes to taking care of your skin, such as washing your face every day, using sunscreen, applying moisturizers, or putting all those serums.
