No, we can’t calm down after watching Taylor Swift’s New Music Video.

Alongside the easter eggs, we’re thrilled to see a lot of familiar faces on the video especially one in particular. But let’s first talk about her latest music Video, You Need To Calm Down.

The entire video has been blessed with rainbows and LGBTQ-rights statement. It was released on the middle of Pride Month. Prominent LGBTQIA+ celebrities in the US made a cameo.

There’s Ellen DeGeneres, Ryan Reynolds, RuPaul and a number of Drag Race queens, Pose star Billy Porter, Queer Eye Cast,  Modern Family actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Orange is The New Black actress Laverne Cox, and more!

A line like, “Sunshine on the street at the parade / But you would rather be in the dark ages.” marks a new era of awareness and call of action. Aside from the video were equipped with glamour shots and outtakes, we couldn’t’ help but applause with one particular scene.

In her afterparty MET Gala burger costume, Katy Perry has a reunion on-screen with Taylor Swift wearing a fries costume. They hugged it out and ended the feud once and for all.

At the end of the video, is a call to sign a Change.org petition for Senate support of the Equality Act, and promoting the people who appeared in the video on Twitter.
